Neighbourhood Plan
LATEST INFORMATION
Wiltshire Council have legally adopted the Langley Burrell Neighbourhood Plan which was overwhelmingly supported in a village referendum held on Thursday 26th October 2017
The Neighbourhood Plan is a way for our community to decide the future of the Parish of Langley Burrell. It is a way of having more power over what happens in our neighbourhood and gives us a ‘louder voice’ in local planning decisions. The Langley Burrell Residents Association (LBRA) is continuing to review the adopted Neighbourhood Plan: identifying areas of community interest, concern and expectations including planning and development, transport and traffic, landscaping, environmental issues and infrastructure. The adopted Plan continues to be taken into consideration by the unitary authority and will help decision making with regards to future developments in and around the parish. LBRA would welcome any assistance, viewpoints and input that you might have so please feel free to contact us. It is a Plan for the community and by the community. A copy of the existing Plan can be viewed by following the link below.
There is now a need to review the adopted Plan (Jan 2021) and you can follow this by using the Neighbourhood Plan Update tab
